I can tell you from 4 years I worked there, walmart does not have a written policy concerning OC or CC in their stores. The only written policy they have covers their employees, not customers.
Not all walmart associates are that bad. I've worked there for almost 4 years. I know the company policies, as well as the legal standpoints of carrying whether it be OC or CC. Your best bet is to call the store and ask to speak to a manager regarding the issue.
