thanks again. I couldn't find a S&W part listed on their website so I ordered the 38 special one. I was told on another forum that it would work.

      keyholing with 9mm

I believe this is what is happening. I ordered the 38 special expander insert yesterday. I would think if the bullets were hard enough, the brass shouldn't size them down.

I'm assuming changing from Clays fixed the issue? I've bee wanting to try some 231.

      keyholing with 9mm

Ill post some up later but i shot the same targets with factory ammo and they punched fairly clean holes. How do i keep the bullets from being squeezed when i seat them?

I do have a factory crimp die, but I didn't use it on the bullet I pulled.

      keyholing with 9mm

I've been loading 45acp pretty successfully for a few months now. I finally got some 9mm cast bullets and after trying some loads out, I am finding I have bullet tumble out of both my m&p's(full size and compact). I'm shooting 125g RN cast bullet(.356), 3.0-3.3 g Clays powder and S&B primer...

I've got one smoke left then I'm done.

I smoked from 17-22. I'm 35 now and the first few year after quitting I still felt like it had a hold on me. I quit cold turkey. I started lifting weights and running to help offset the weight gain that I knew would happen. Quitting is tough, but well worth it. Obviously. :D

I just picked one up a couple weeks ago. I was surprised at how tight the slide/frame fit was. Very nice.

Help Getting a Dog in Southern Indiana

I'm with you. Please stay away from breeders. I know not all breeders are bad, but I've been working rescue for a few years and have seen some pretty awful things done by breeders. The dogs are nothing more than dollar signs to most of these people. Southern IN rescue is great, you can also...

      Reloading class need badly

Reloading isn't difficult, you just need attention to detail, the proper equipment, and specs. Of course I grew up around it so my perception is different than someone who knows nothing.

      IBC hooked me up!

On a tip from another member here, I called Indiana Bullet Company to see if they had 9mm in stock, since I've been waiting on my Friendswood bullets for 4 weeks now. I'm not sure who I was texting, but his communication was quick and helpful. I told him if they had 3000 of the RN 125g 9mm to...

I wonder if poly guns will cycle SWC's. My 1911's cycle them fine, but my XD doesn't.
