I would have never guessed the run on .22s?! Just a round that has always been available. I still remember as a kid I'd go hunting prairie dogs with my grand dad and we'd buy a brick for $7.50. Sometimes he'd buy a brick of hollow-points for $10.00. :)
I was at an IU campus in downtown Indy last summer and noticed a sign near a bus stop saying weapon free zone with a picture of gun. I felt so safe... Not, actually.

I have a Winchester Model 94 in .17 HMR. It's an awesome round. I've hunted prairie dogs with it, and wow is it effective over a .22 (which I use to use as a youth). It really does reach out. I wouldn't mind finding a revolver in this round.
