The 2nd ammendment does two things.
1) It recognises that a militia is necessasary to the security of the State and that said militia must be regulated.
2) It provides for the regulation of the militia by securing the right of the People (that would be us) to keep and bear arms.

From what I read on another forum (AR related), MagPul will relocate if the bill is signed into law. If I can find the thread, I'll post a link.
Edited to add:
Found the link, it was a copy and paste of a post on the MagPul Facebook page. I don't do Facebook and I don't want to link to second...
I have the XDm 3.8 Compact in 9mm. I have no trouble carring it all day in my N82 (Nate Squared) IWB holster.
Capacity is 14 (13+1) with the compact mag and 20 (19+1) with the full size mag.
For universal background checks to be enforceable, all guns would need to be registered.
At this time I have x number of firearms. The universal background check becomes law and is enacted. I neighbor has a rifle he wants to sell, I want the rifle and I pay the asking price. We don't bother...
I have a MagPul ASAP plate and MS3 sling on my AR. I can easily switch between single point and two point. Transitioning from strong side to weak side is simple.
One thing to keep in mind about the Henry rifles, you load them the same way you load a tube fed .22 rimfire. That likely will not matter on the range.
I have two that I really regret. The first, and most regretted, was a Springfield Armory NM M1A (purchased in 1990) with a Leatherwood ARTIV scope. The second was pre ban Colt AR15a2 HBAR.
I suspect that the proper place for this is the other thread, but I'm posting here as well just in case.
I'll take one of the premium assault packs and one of the radio pouches.
Edited to add:
Further up in this thread, a link to an eBay vendor was posted for a set of buckles for repair of the...
The only information provided by the FFL during the background check is your identification information and type of firearm. The check must be completed before the sale can be finalized. All the government knows after the check is completed is that the FFL called in a check, type of firearm...
I have one in .44WCF (44-40) and could not be happier. It was purchased for CAS matches and I shoot compressed BP loads.
If you just want something for the range and do not plan on heavy loads, one of these would be a great option. The .44WCF with full power BP loads will do well as a hunting...
SmileDocHill,
You have a PM.
For any of you near the Muncie/Anderson area, I'll be picking mine up in Westfield. If you are interested, I can pick yours up when I go after mine. Just PM me to arrange it. Payment for the packs will still be between you and SmileDocHill.
