      I found some over on Gunbroker 500 Rounds .223 Barnaul Silver Bear - On Strippers : Rifle Ammo at GunBroker.com® I bought some 55gr Silver Bear from Aim Surplus last fall but it looks they are out along with just about everyone else. Slim pickens out there.

      Gun shops in Southern IN

      The last 3 handuns I bought were from 111 in Clarksville and I was more than happy with the price. My XD was over $100 less than Keislers. That was last year and I've heard their prices have gone up but so has everyone else's. 111 Gunshop - Clarksville, IN - 812-282-AMMO

      House insurance/firearms prep?

      I have digital pics of each firearm I own and on an Excel spreadsheet I have make, model, and S/N. I put this onto a flashdrive and keep it in a safety deposit box at the bank. I also keep a copy on my laptop.

      Sub Compact XD & XD(M)

      Ditto on the XD. I carry an XD40 SC in a Don Hume IWB. I had a Bersa .380 that I carried but after getting the XD I sold it. I really like my XD.

      Grew up in Clarksville and for the last 10 years have lived in Charlestown. Anyone been to 111 Gunshop over on Kopp Lane? I've bought my last 3 handguns from them. Good prices.

      Winter time I carry my Para 1911 LTC (commander size) in a Don Hume IWB. My summer carry is an XD40 subcompact in a Don Hume.

      O'Bannon Woods, Clifty Falls, Versailles, Hardy Lake, and Spring Mill. I would go to O'Bannon every weekend but the family wants variety.

      coyotes?

      We live in a mini-subdivision (5 homes) surrounded by farmland. I've always heard 'yotes in the distance but this year I've actually seen them at night in the fence row next to our house. They're either getting brave or hungry.
