I've had a number of XDs and an XDm. The one I kept and will never part with is an XDSC9. I had the carry package upgrade done by Springfield with XS big dot sites. Highly recommend it. Also put a set of crimson trace laser grips on it. Multiple mags. Some 10s with extension and 16s. Some holsters. My favorite is a thin IWB leather holster from Kirkpatrick leather (Kirkpatrick Leather Concealment Holsters - The Clip On Holster). Love their holsters and have many for my 1911s.

I was in Plainfield Shooting Supplies today and saw the XD SC at $460, but did not notice the XDM's price. You could gage by that I guess. They seem to have the best prices from anywhere I've seen. Bob & crew would take good care of you.

Bradis is normally a few bucks more than PSS, but they're a great group to work with as well.

I've seen prices all over the place with the XDM. I've seen them between 539-649.It also looks like Springfield just had a price increase on them. I would just buy used. Used seems to tap out right at 500.

You should check out Triple G Guns in Greenville (just West of New Albany). He has some of the best prices around. He doesn't have a huge selection but can get any thing and probably cheaper.

I ordered my XDM .40 while I was in Afghanistan in 2009. It seemed like every gun magazine went crazy over it.

My girl friend just bought me a new XDM 4.5 9mm for an early Christmas present. I also just found out about the free 3 mags and carrier offer. I will probably get a chance to shoot it this weekend.
