My Rugers. I just shot the 9 and the Security Six (1982 .357) today. The 9 was okay but the six was awesome. I'm a wheelman at heart.

Has anyone found a speed loader that works with a Ruger LCR w/ Crimson Trace? From what I hear the speedloaders for the LCR won't work with C/T laser.

Colt Police Positive Special

Just picked this up today. DoggyMama's dad called me out of the blue and said a friend of a friend had it and was wanting to sell it and he thought I might be interested. Um, YEAH!
According to the serial number (403xx) it was made in [STRIKE]1911[/STRIKE]. EDIT: I didn't include an "A" in front of the serial number... meaning the gun was made in 1969, not 1911. Oh well... still a neat gun, just not as unusual as I had thought.

It really is in good shape for its age. I'm going to give it a good detailed cleaning today to get some of that grunge around the cylinder release and trigger cleaned up. If I get time I may take her to the range.
