Not quite lol. When I moved here 4 years ago it was some fenced in unutilized property.

I remember they were clearing it out and tearing up the ground years before the fence was put up. It was a dirt lot and a little work would be done for a couple weeks, then nothing for month or a year or so. Then one day the fence popped up. The workers at Family Express were saying someday. I used to drive through that area for about the last 20 years.
