My sentiments exactly. Really irritates me reading these stories after seeing a "No Weapons Allowed for your safety" sign up at the state fair.

IANAL but keep in mind the State Fair is unlike most places. We can disregard the signs in most places and just be asked to leave as there is no real legal jeopardy. It does not sound like that is the case for the State Fair.
