    In the country, hopefully.
On season 2 of Suits. How did I miss this one? So far, I really like this series. And to be honest, she may be a total *** clown but Megan Markle looks pretty darn good in this.
Same, except just starting season 4. When I do sit down to watch it, I just can't turn it off. Got about 3 hours sleep last night like an idiot. Ready to do it again tonight though. It's a roller coaster.

I've read the book on this one also.
Movie and book track VERY close together.
Except his son in the movie. Same ending, but the son in the book was a much more likeable person.

Also, some history was woven into the story.
Names of islands, people, and operational names were changed, but if you stuffy WWII Pacific history, you can probably see some of the battles these came from.

Made from a book "The Penal Colony", which I just read.
As usual, "based on a book" means they used a single concept, and then changed everything else.
Still, I didn't hate it. Just thought of it as a completely different story.

That's the one I remember growing up watching on TV.
I think it was on "Family Classics with Frazier Thomas" (it was on Chicago WGN, channel 9)

And, there are MANY versions out there.
If I remember right, one was silent.

Took a break from Suits last night and watched Operation Toussaint, ex CIA/LEO quits to rescue trafficked children. At the beginning it says all footage is from actual operations.
It was both cool and moving.
Pretty gut wrenching hearing about the trafficking problem.
