Forgive me for questioning if his condolences were sincere, and not simply and afterthought suggested by his media team.

Considering he is deeply affected by 9/11 which affects many of his policies, I have to question your judgment.

If anyone would be sincere about a terrorist attack, in this race, it would be Trump.

Less sincere than those offering boilerplate condolences while doing what they can to perpetuate the problem rather than reducing the chances of it happening again (i.e., blaming Christ and the NRA for the actions of a radical Moslem)?

Trump doubling down on "keep 'em out" today. Never mind that the Orlando shooter was born in the US...
    What a tool.

The guy has no grasp on the issues. Do I need to write it in crayon for some of you to understand?

Let me make sure I am understanding correctly: We have the children of the previous generation of ideologically incompatible immigrants who were born here being the perpetrators in a minority of radical Islam-fueled attacks, so we should open the gates and let massive numbers of people from places full of people who hate us and believe in eradicating us come into the country without so much as a cursory examination? I think you may be the one needing the handwriting in crayon here.

Father of the murderer was from Afghanistan, and moved here, at a minimum 3 decades ago.... which would be about the time the Taliban, known then as the Mujahadeen, held quite a favourable opinion of the nation that was helping them fight the Russians.

Don't bet on that. Being willing to accept the help of one 'evil' against the attack by the other 'evil' doesn't make them genuine friends or admirers. I would argue that Reagan's single biggest deficiency as a president was his persistent belief that any enemy of the USSR was our friend, and that the entire geopolitical reality turned on that fundamental east/west divide. Just because we are not at the top of their enemy list and were being useful to them at the time, don't think for a second that they were ever friends.

That was a battle. Lots of MoH given out for the engagement. Apply purple where needed.

No, it was not a battle. It was a massacre of mostly women and children, while the men were complying with being disarmed, well *after* the battle that took place previously.

And a US-born judge should be disqualified because of his parents' heritage???

One set of my grandparents came from a country that was once hostile to the US, and they were persecuted for it. That was just plain wrong then, and it's just plain wrong now.

We are Americans. We are to be judged by our actions, not those of our ancestors. You're swallowing a simplistic, hateful argument - hook, line, and sinker.

No, you don't understand what America means at all. Which color would you like me to use?

The judge is affiliated with LaRaza, which is an overtly racist, open-border, pro-illegal immigration organization. How the hell do you expect the public face of closed borders and enforcing immigration law to get a fair trial at the hands of such a person? Would you expect a black man to get a fair trial with a Klansman for a judge? How is this any different? In case you failed to connect the two dots here, this means that the problem is with willful choices the judge made.

The lie being bought here is that you have to be white in order to be a racist, and conversely if you are not white you cannot be a racist.

As I said, the typical politician's condolences. I'm not gonna speculate that it's any more or less heartfelt than any one of us.

If too many more retards come out and try to get my guns banned because an Islamic terrorist killed some people in Orlando...
And if too many more news outlets continue to censor the truth about such attacks, and continue to favor the anti-gun angle...

I might feel forced to vote for someone I loathe, because it might be better than what Clinton has planned.

Dude, I knew you'd come around to the dark side. Yeah, Trump's a douche. Yeah he says lots of stupid ****. Yeah he is nearly as totalitarian as Hitlary. But you must admit that he is pretty convincing about being pro 2a.

Oh no, I see your point fully, which is why we will need far more than just temporarily suspending immigration.
The point of suspending immigration is so that this new generation we've made enemies of doesn't exploit our immigration policy to mass more numbers state side.

We will need to keep better track of islamists who make any violent speech though. Could be just as simple as breaking down the political correctness to the point people start actually reporting potential terrorists so we can make sure they don't end up carrying out such violence.

It's ridiculous that all these news stories keep coming out where this terrorist kept telling friends, family, and coworkers how he planned on murdering people, and nobody thought enough of it to take it seriously or report it. Same thing seems to happen regarding most of these school shootings as well. But yet people call 911 the second they see someone open carrying a firearm...

At least the individual in question is blaming those who are actually guilty rather than blaming the rest of us for not walking on eggshells for that demographic, and blaming gun owners in general, while scolding us for blaming a demographic for the actions of a subset of its members. I don't see the comparison with Hillary even making me pause to think about it.

That was a battle. Lots of MoH given out for the engagement. Apply purple where needed.

"The previous day, a detachment of the U.S. 7th Cavalry Regiment commanded by Major Samuel M. Whitside intercepted Spotted Elk's band of Miniconjou Lakota and 38 Hunkpapa Lakota near Porcupine Butte and escorted them 5 miles (8.0 km) westward to Wounded Knee Creek, where they made camp. The remainder of the 7th Cavalry Regiment, led by Colonel James W. Forsyth, arrived and surrounded the encampment. The regiment was supported by a battery of four Hotchkiss mountain guns.

On the morning of December 29, the troops went into the camp to disarm the Lakota. One version of events claims that during the process of disarming the Lakota, a deaf tribesman named Black Coyote was reluctant to give up his rifle, claiming he had paid a lot for it. A scuffle over the rifle escalated, and a shot was fired which resulted in the 7th Cavalry opening fire indiscriminately from all sides, killing men, women, and children, as well as some of their fellow soldiers. The Lakota warriors who still had weapons began shooting back at the attacking soldiers, who quickly suppressed the Lakota fire. The surviving Lakota fled, but cavalrymen pursued and killed many who were unarmed."

A battle, really? Since you knew about the MoH-fest I thought Kut (was more of a student of history)
