Didn’t have time to look for a better thread to post this. Kinda is relevant.

I think it’s the apple that gives this power.

It kinda looks staged, but even if it was, it’s pretty realistic. A good rebuttal to ClownWorld™.

I like this approach. Put them back on their heels and make them explain themselves instead.

Too many judges already believe their authority is somehow special and thus they can wield legislative and executive branch power because of their 'superior' erudition

They forget their duty is to judge cases by fealty to the constitution and existing law, not try to create the outcomes they believe are 'just'

It is just another manifestation of the belief by elites that only they are qualified to rule

Read somewhere that Ramaswamy was contemplating not attending the 3rd debate. Further debates are pretty much pointless.

Not a fan of polling, particularly this early but this counters some recent posts about polling the race.

“Former President Donald Trump would emerge as the victor of a three-way presidential race including President Joe Biden and independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a recent survey has revealed.”

“Trump claimed 39% support in a recent Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey, originally published by The Hill. Biden trailed with 33% to Kennedy's 19%. A further 9% were undecided. Of those, 42% would back Trump if they had to make a decision, 36% would choose Biden, and 22% would opt for Kennedy.”

The real insanity is that there is actual people who still love Biden and would vote for him again. People say Americans aren’t stupid….ya not buying that anymore, a very real and large population are just plain stupid.

Before any polls came out, I kinda thought it made more sense that Joe Biden would be hurt most by Kennedy’s third party run. My thinking was that a lot of Democrats see how badly Biden is ****ing things up, but they still want liberal policies.

For example, I don’t think someone like Bill Maher could bring himself to vote for Trump. I can see him voting for Kennedy. I do think that some Republican TDSers might vote for Kennedy. Are there enough of those who would vote for Kennedy to hurt Trump more? I could be wrong, but I don’t think so.

There's a coupla percent chance that I vote for Trump in the general. There is absolutely zero chance that I vote for that nut job "Conspiracies R Us" Kennedy.
