Too many judges already believe their authority is somehow special and thus they can wield legislative and executive branch power because of their 'superior' erudition
They forget their duty is to judge cases by fealty to the constitution and existing law, not try to create the outcomes they believe are 'just'

Before any polls came out, I kinda thought it made more sense that Joe Biden would be hurt most by Kennedy’s third party run. For example, I don’t think someone like Bill Maher could bring himself to vote for Trump. I can see him voting for Kennedy. I do think that some Republican TDSers might vote for Kennedy. Are there enough of those who would vote for Kennedy to hurt Trump more? I could be wrong, but I don’t think so.
There's a coupla percent chance that I vote for Trump in the general. There is absolutely zero chance that I vote for that nut job "Conspiracies R Us" Kennedy.
