Also brought in that male doc. The one got killed by the other doc, having the wrong meds injected.

Perhaps the angle on this from the writers standpoint is that these people started out legitimately maintaining a hospital, helping people, and gradually got more forceful in order to maintain order. Now someone healthy isn't going to just pop in and ask to be confined. But someone who is found floundering, or falling out of an apartment (hmmm...) needs help and yet is capable of recovery and contributions. This allows the bullies to rationalize their treatment of people. ???

    Rationalize, or easier to handle.

A few episodes back the police lady was very up front about. People come in hurt, they help them heal. Said person is now in debt, must "stay" in the hospital to work of the debt.

You kind of need survivors to require medical attention for that system to work.

You could require them to work off food/lodging.
But, you always have to worry about noobs.
    Not if they're unconscious.
When they do wake, they are weak, maybe grateful if they don't remember or were "rescued".

I think the point is often that the bad people are actually people who started out doing good things then gradually justified their means to meet the goal of helping their group survive. First there was the conflict with the nursing home group: 2 groups of good people who wind up threatening each other as if they are all thugs. Then the governor, whose backstory showed him to be an ordinary guy and family man before the apocalypse. The Terminus people turned ugly also supposedly only after they had to . And Rick has walked that edge many times himself. It's completely conceivable (well in a zombie apocalypse) that survivors with hospital access start saving even those that don't want to be saved because they are "the" best people around in their own mind.

If I recall, Morgan had the itch to "help". He was "taking care" of the dead in his little town full of zombie traps when Rick and Michone last saw him...could be this hospital gig is right up his alley? Could it be Rick and the boys conquer the hospital group such as a forced surrender then Morgan takes over as a better leader of that group? Just thinking out loud.

The one thing not discussed in group dynamics yet is group allegiances (sp?). One group helps another group through a shared need of some sort. Morgan could better run the hospital, Rick and the group could better find true survivors in need of help.

Or Noah could be Morgan's nephew. Morgan will help out. Noah will rescue and hook up with Beth. Carol gets a bullet to the head during the rescue. Rick and Daryl end up fighting over Mischone and one of them leaves with Abraham on a vision quest. Maggie remains hot and Glen does what she says. They live happily ever after. Mullet dude somehow survives the whole ordeal.

Or they can knock on the door and talk it out. Everybody enjoys a meal of Guinee Pig and brownies. .... It could happen

Geez I hope he's able to recover. From the article he sounds like a pretty tough SOB.

In an unrelated injury, we removed an arrowhead which had been lodged in his right thigh for what must have been several weeks, and was left untreated. Apparently, Mr. Reedus somehow injured himself and didn’t notice, or didn’t care. He also had many cuts, scrapes, and bruises, presumably from his grueling film schedule for*The Walking Dead,

not as much as he does
From the article, it seems like he doesn't really mind all that much. A piece of shrapnel from Boondock Saints in his arm? An arrowhead from shooting himself with an arrow in the thigh? Who walks around with these things lodged in their body without complaint? Apparently, the man behind Daryl Dixon.

But it's okay. We all know good ol' Norm'll bounce back. After all, if he could bounce back from what happens to him in this scene from Blade II,

he can come back from anything.

    So that's a fake story?

I'm not sure how that could be considered satire, our how a reader would be able to tell. Satire would be something like, "Walking Dead star thinks zombie apocalypse is real, builds fortified trailer, kills three extras."

The story above is just fake. The entire point of satire is that the readers are in on the joke. I'm not getting that in this case.

After the onion, way to many people are just fabricating stories to try to imitate. They get ad revenue per click, so hot topics and fake story means clicks, views, and shares. This one had a disclaimer page, normally they post that disclaimer at the bottoms of every story. With this one you have to click on the about us link.
