I was under the impression that the picture that was found was of Lizzy. With the x on the eye and blood all around marking her death. The hair is remarkable but the age is much different.

If they do follow closely to the comic, the knife to the throat is nothing comparatively speaking. If it happens, everyone will understand what rick HAS to do. I know this sounds spoileriffic and all, but I really hope they follow it very closely to the comic. It will be very unsettling for most viewers, but so important to show the world they now live in.
