Shelved lead acid battery's will last a long time. The electrolyte is in a container and poured in when the battery is put into service. A short time in a running cr and bingo.....off you go.

Was thinking more about batteries for small electronics. GPS. NVGs. Computers.

Negan is a psychopath but I don't know if he would physically hurt women and children. The show suggests he will and people believe he would but has he he? There are rules after all.

I don't think the fans could handle a villian hurting a baby. That is just too dark.
