I might agree with that, I haven't heard a good plan to cover people with pre-existing conditions. Obviously health insurance companies won't cover them if they don't have to, or at the least if they do they won't be as competitive.

Not the pervue of the federal government. If that is, Obamacare is.

You have to ask yourself, where in the Constitution does it empower the Feds to force companies to provide products? It either does or it doesn't.
