That is the problem with written word....it can be interpreted so many ways and without seeing body language, it is easily misinterpreted. We could very well be the ones reading it wrong. Keep doing what you do and buy me a cheeseburger some day!

If you would look around and get to know the place before you belittle us (mods) and the membership you may come to know why we do this.
Beyond that you come off as pretty self centered yourself.......

This is a great place. Many many friendships have been made in here.

"Funny"...............not so much.

Yes, sometimes, it takes a little while, to "get to know" people .....

I read this, and contribute, not to "get people in trouble", but because I think it is funny,

to see a "noob" try to skirt the rules, and so I like to sit back and watch the post count,

go up and down .....

I do know it is a PITA, for you mods, and you don't like it, but I just watch and chuckle .....

(because I pay my MONEY, and enjoy the entertainment) .....

Exactly the point. Under the circumstances, if they don't know enough about INGO to know who Fenway is, then they probably don't know any of the rest of us well enough for us to have a feel for them.

I do apologize if my post came off as criticism, and I do understand what it is the mods are trying to accomplish. I know that it is probably a PITA for you guys to have to police it. "Mess with" was definitely a poor word choice. I appreciate that this isn't just a buy/sell/trade forum, and I know some of the guys on here from shooting with them, all good guys (except close friends, they're totaly jerks). I used to be into cars/ autocross and was on a forum with good contributing people, and many of those people are still friends. I just saw this thread and though it was amusing. I was aware of the forum rules about using the classifieds, and thought that it was funny people would try to get to 50 just to camp the classifieds section. Sure its nice to have a place to do that on a forum, but the draw for me to any forum are the quality converstaion going on with good people.

I've got to admit, it's a slower run and has more content than I thought it would be. I still expect a classified visit or PM for the 51st post. Looking at the first 4 posts I was expecting much worse.
