Click User CP, top right corner. On that page that takes you to on the left side, might have to scroll, there's an option to edit avatar.

Top right of the page. User Control Panel. Then on the left there is a place to Edit Profile Picture and Edit Avatar.

Under UserCP. Column on the left. you will see add profile pic. There is a size limit. I think 800x800? use a avatar maker program to edit your picture,
