It is distasteful for complaints to be made about ICE being present at a court to discharge their lawful duties when the state that the courthouse is located refuses to cooperate with ICE. I agree.

The case of the El Paso transgender woman I detailed earlier is considered one of a handful of "sympathetic" cases (and, I think once the details are examined, not quite so sympathetic as portrayed) put forward in the "news" media.

The vast, vast majority of the illegal immigrants detained at, and around courthouses, are there due to arrest warrants/appearances for crimes.
