    No.

To the bleeding hearts, I have this to say: It's not that I have no compassion for people in need. It's that I don't have a right to be virtuous with other people's money. Put your own money where your compassion is. And, about proclaiming your virtue so hard, especially with other people's money? It's tacky. Stop it. You look like a ***damn fool to sane people.

What gets me is that the MSM portrays the proposed policy as "keeping grandma and grandpa" out of the country, which is categorically false. Methinks the falsehood is because a large majority would agree with the W Visa concept, at least the part that says the sponsor must "support" them, not the taxpayers.

I'm still mulling the part where a W Visa would not serve as a permit to find employment.

Our immigration policy ought to be at least as rigorous as Canada.

What's going on!?!?!? I agree with Alpo twice in less than 24 hrs? Did Alpo's account get hacked! :):

I’d kinda like the founding fathers to ***** slap some republicans too. PATRIOT act was their doing. Among other things.

Gotta say that post 9/11 I was on-board with the Patriot Act. I was wrong... if it's possible to abuse a power, it will be abused. Period.

You do realize that you don't have to be one or the other, right?

I have a good friend that says he's a Democrat. Loves his guns, thinks marijuana should remain illegal, doesn't like illegal immigrants, blue collar union job making 6 figures with overtime, voted for Trump, etc. I guess he thinks he's a Democrat because his union told him that he is.

I don't see how he can look at the Democrat party leadership and say to himself, "Yep, that aligns with my beliefs." I don't particularly care for a lot of Republicans, but most of them are not as vomit-inducing to me as the current crop of Democrats.

Few of us that are Republicans are all that thrilled with them either, we're probably a lot closer on most things than any of us realize.

For most of my life I identified as a conservative Republican. But for the last decade or two I have grown increasingly disgusted with the whole bloody affair.
If there were a way to apply the 'truth in advertising' laws to politics the GrandOld Party would have to change it's name to Greed On Parade. Or, less politely; Grease Our Palms.

There is an equally accurate and unflattering substitution for 'Democrat' but I doubt the mods would approve.........

Democrats are that plus, destroy our republic and turn it into a communist state. **** rule of law and spread your money to others who dont work. No thanks. I'll take the palm greasers till I get a better option, which is why I supported Trump. He was the true outsider and hes done a better job and kept more promises than any president in my lifetime.

Nor should any sane person be. Parties are poopy. Welcome to your independence.

It’s true that right now, it’s mostly impossible for democrats to run candidates who aren’t bat **** crazy social justice moonbeams. So, it’s more likely that I’ll vote for a Republican. But I’m not one. You don’t have to join clubs.

    He cracks me up.

Remember the guy offering $500 to anyone that kills an I.C.E. agent?

Apparently he's not as brave person to person, and he throws drinks like a girl. (I hope the INGO ladies aren't mad at me for saying that :) )

Maybe I'm just naive and overly optimistic, but I tend to think it's more like 5% or less... just a really loud and obnoxious, though small, crowd of usual suspects.

I refuse to say anything unkind about you; and have no desire to do so. But the growing mass of evidence suggests that it was ghitch75 who got the math right on this one.
