In our old house we used to keep a bucket lined with a plastic bag in the garage and in the basement.

5 gal bucket with half full of water. Pour cooking oil on top of the water about a quarter inch thick. Pee-Pee in bucket. Oil covers water and Pee-Pee. No smell. Pour down storm drain and repeat.

I remember as a kid going on vacations and my parents pulling over to the road side when we had to pee. Nowdays they'd try to take your kids away and list you as a sex offender I'm sure. Times have changed

Yep. We lived in Chicago and grandma and grandpa lived in LaPorte and that was a long drive on the toll road with six little kids in the car. My mom was always stopping for somebody to pee! I remember my son going outside to pee because that was what my husband did. I had to lecture them both about my flower beds being off limits. It is good that our house is pretty secluded.

SIX kids?!? Let's do some math here, LOL. Each kid needs to stop once an hour, that's 1 stop every 10 mins.! :runaway:

That must've been about an 8 hour drive between Chicago and LaPorte!
