I started priming 9mm shells earlier, but UPS just delivered a lower build kit I ordered from PSA.

Do I want to keep priming 9mm or put together a lower????

You going to shoot 9mm or the Lower (once it is complete) first? Finish whichever you're going to use first :dunno:

    Anything decent on tonight???

Not really. Watching "The Middle" right now.

Well don't really need the 9mm or the lower soon. Just doing this for something to do.

I'll just keep priming shells since I already have everything out.

Sounds like a plan. I don't have any project around. I don't reload and have never assembled anything. I'd like to build an AR at some point but I don't think the little lady is quite ready for that yet...still kind of skiddish around guns.

Super easy to do, I have put together a good 8 to 10 in the past year for myself and friends & family. Only need one special tool, the castle nut wrench, and those can be bought at the LGS for $10-$12

Yeah, there are plenty of resources online I can use to teach me (mainly YouTube and INGO) and USDS has a build class that might be interesting, but we're just a handgun house for now. Long guns are still in the safe at grandpa's.

I put one together last month for myself. By using Black Friday deals, close-out and blems, picking the items up as I found them cheap, I have only $450 in it. And it's all PSA mil spec parts.

    Nice!

Her uncle has one he bought from a friend, I'm not sure if it was assembled or bought complete, that hopefully I'll get to shoot with him sometime this spring. Maybe bring her along to get the feel for it and more comfortable.

    Hey, MrsG.

I used to watch SVU but watched too many marathons of re-runs on USA and got burnt out on it.

I have always liked it, but never watched it regularly. Mom would watch the marathons you speak of. Loved the show. So now with her gone, I feel closer to her while I sit here and watch it. Silly I know, but it helps me
