Good morning INGO dudes and gals! Just doing a quick check in before I head to the neighbors...I think we are baking again today as she is making more of the pecan tassies for another gathering on Saturday. It's a good think I like to bake!

I do believe tomorrow may involve a shopping trip to get new flooring for the kitchen...I may get to expand my vocabulary even more when that project begins! I am sort of dreading that....going to have to move the appliances and the china cabinet.

Have fun with that. Several years ago I installed hardwood in our 12x20 Kitchen. After that, I figured I would hire it out next time.

Nope, in my younger days, I did that as a side job on nights & weekends. Nobody in Florida knew how to lay hardwood, I always had people lined up for work needed. There is somethings I would do in my 30's that I won't do at 50. Thats one of them.

Used leftover ham to make some killer breakfast sammies.
Seared the ham, fried some eggs, colby jack cheese, onion buns (toasted of course) and some mayo............MMMmmmmmm.....

Right now I'm waiting for a call from my garage. My new tires were supposed to be in at 9:00, but the truck still hasn't shown up. Can't go anywhere until those front tires are replaced.
