Yeah! The whole house humidifier is a blessing during these dry months and I feel more rested in the morning. No more ambulances and I-65 noise for me :)

Once you have a house properly humidified in the heating season it is near impossible to do without it. I had to re-build mine this year. Fan motor faild and it needed an good cleaning.
Service it every fall before you start using it. That is a must do.

Thanks for the advice! I'll be sure to keep up on that. It definitely beats the tin can filled with water over the floor vent routine :laugh6:

We recently put in a wood burner. I use the furnace fan on a circulate setting that rune the fan on a timed schedule to circulate the heat and run the Humidifier. I also put a pan of water on the wood stove and it will put some water in the air..........:)

I should go start a fire right now........:)

Good morning INGO dudes and gals! Just doing a quick check in before I head to the neighbors...I think we are baking again today as she is making more of the pecan tassies for another gathering on Saturday. It's a good think I like to bake!

I do believe tomorrow may involve a shopping trip to get new flooring for the kitchen...I may get to expand my vocabulary even more when that project begins! I am sort of dreading that....going to have to move the appliances and the china cabinet.

Finishing my coffee before I leave in a bit.
