Sale open... slow morning. Looks like we'll have lots of stuff to donate to kids without non-working electronics, out of fashion clothes and miscellaneous home decor... :(

Mornin' Sam! Sorry you're still under the weather... I've never bothered getting a receipt for Goodwill donations. Isn't there a minimum amount for donations?

Anyone need a new, never used plunge router? Comes with two brand new bits also... I'll make ya a deal! :)

I have two or three really nice routers in my shed already. Used to do a ton or woodwork/cabinet work. Just never have the time anymore since I got into shooting/reloading.

There is, but it isn't very high. My wife goes through a lot of clothes, we always get a nice deduction every year.

Well, maybe I'll go ahead and get the receipt just in case. Every little bit helps!

Sign up for one of their little bar-coded shoppers cards. They then track your donations on that account and you can download a copy of everything donated at tax time. You don't have to keep track of receipts.

Sold it to our new neighbors across the street, and got to meet them for the first time. Guy is a sheriff's deputy and his wife works for the state senate. Also met their HUGE black Doberman. Beautiful dog!
