I'd rather go to Chicago than Gary.

As long as you stick to the tourist and commercial stuff, Chicago isn't THAT bad in my opinion. Would I ever live, work, or stay there for any length of time, hell no.

I leave my turds under trees in Jackson Falls...Everything I need for the camping trip is bought in Indiana and camping sites are free.

I don't have any other reason to go there.

On TWO separate occasions, Kimmi and I nearly ran out of gas trying to make it to a gas station in MO because I REFUSED to fill up in IL. Those were interesting trips.

My cable company bill is addressed to IL...I guess they are based there.

My family owns a bunch of land outside of Carmi IL...and they also own some oil wells there too..Im sure they have to pay taxes on that..so I reckon most of my family sends money to IL in way or another.
