I hate the language rule, personally, but Fenway wants a site where kids can look over their parents' shoulders without the parent having to explain why "that lady has no clothes on" or what "that word means". I can understand, but MAN is it a pain to administrate.

thats kind of funny. I just asked Scutter about a picture I wanted to post.

Yeah it was drawing showing a TSA scanner thing at the airport. It was just a cartoon like drawing and I had no idea I would get banned because it showed some "not family friendly" parts. :):

And I was banned for "posting pornographic material" I think.

The rule used to be "PG-13", but it became impossible to draw a consistent line. People were constantly trying to push the envelope as hard as they could, both with language and pictures. In the end, he just decided to basically make it G/PG. The rule of thumb is "if you have to ask, then the answer is probably 'no'".

I kind of like the language rule. I hear cussing all day at work, including me and would prefer not to "hear" it on a site I like to visit. But thats me.

As for the no clothes thing, I dont have a problem with that :D

I don't either. However, I've seen the angry e-mails from parents who were upset over their kids seeing it on INGO. The last thing Fenway wants is some sort of a COPPA lawsuit because a kid saw a boobie on his site.

Sooo.... Were you the one that deleted my thread entitled "Boobs"? I didn't think it was being inappropriate or against the rules, but apparently it was.
