I had roast lamb with mashed taters and gravy along with some green beans with bacon. My lovely wife makes sure we always eat good around here. How to you think I obtained this awesome 265# figure of mine?
Never had lamb, need to try it sometime. Hello Supr.

    That sounds delicious.

I must have been smelling the bread when I typed that...that should have been blueberry cake. My son was jealous when I told him I was making it today. Of course, he had just eaten a ton of delicious pasta dishes and a bottle of wine and then dessert at some fancy place in Verona, Italy so I think I should be the one that is jealous. His current host has been very generous. This couchsurfing thing he is doing seems to be the way to go. People open their home to strangers and treat them like family for free. I had no idea....it is amazing. He is having the time of his life! Today's blog update was very interesting from a historical perspective.

Sketchy Travels Blog if anyone is interested in reading it. I spent a lot of time just viewing the photos. Some have captions that really helped explain what I was looking at. Amazing how old some of those buildings are.

Not a fan. Had it a couple of ways and just not for me.

Its not for everybody, but Chock at least has to try it and find out for himself. My wife doesn't like lamb either.

Yes, you are the one who should be jealous, but at the sametime, there is nothing like a homemade meal by mom. Blueberry cake still sounds delicious.

My wife always makes me a strawberry cake for my birthday, all homemade, it is the best strawberry cake I have had to date. I am lucky to have her.

I can message you the blueberry cake recipe if you want. It isn't a cake you frost...we like it with coffee or anytime...makes a good breakfast treat.
