She has been having an eye issue. Had a similar problem last year in the other eye. Some ointment/drops cleared it up if I recall correctly.

I had someone ship an order without a P/O number. When I called the customer for a P/O, he said he wouldn't need todays truck for another week.
The product had been loaded onto a truck going to Wisconsin an hour earlier...

Really pisses me off. I have been trying to get a piece count so that I could call and get a P/O since Wednesday afternoon. They know at the plant NOT to put anything on the truck until it has a P/O number.

I got the piece count at 10:00...The truck was loaded and shipped at 9:00.

They know better than that, the P/O number has to be on the packing slip and BOL... How was they planning on putting the P/O number on a packing slip already on the truck???

Have the truck recalled

It is cheaper to have the lumber taken to Wisconsin and parked at a reload there. The customer will need it in a week. If I recall the truck after it is loaded, I pay the whole shipping amount as if it was delivered.

I wish it was that easy...I have the problem addressed. After our talk, I guarantee you this won't happen again. Everyone can make one mistake.
