She has been having an eye issue. Had a similar problem last year in the other eye. Some ointment/drops cleared it up if I recall correctly.

Couple of my dogs have eye problems during allergy season. One of mine has watery eyes right now.

It is cheaper to have the lumber taken to Wisconsin and parked at a reload there. The customer will need it in a week. If I recall the truck after it is loaded, I pay the whole shipping amount as if it was delivered.

Can you email or fax a new packing slip/BOL to the terminal? I have done that in the past, sometimes the carrier will charge $10-$20 for a corrected BOL. Of course, you are then trusting them to put the correct packing slip on...

Yeah, I got it handled. If they had followed instructions at the plant, none of this would have been necessary...

Yep, i understand. I work in shipping- i have a good, capable assistant, but sh*t can still happen! I try to make stuff as fool-proof as possible, but there's always room for human error in that business!
