I had to deal with a billing problem with my car insurance customer service. I won't mention their name, let's just say it's the lying Lizard...

I will have to say that I was impressed. They took care of my issue quickly and the people in their customer service department were AMERICANS!!!! Everyone spoke english.....

One of the reasons I dread calling anyones customer service number....dread trying to explain something to an Indian or whatever....
