Okay, anyone ever changed out a turn signal stalk on 2003ish GM product with an airbag????

That older Tan Caddie Deville has a problem. WW Wiper would turn on randomly NOw it's doing it all the time. I can't turn them off when they turn on.

Then, just recently it started making a groaning that I couldn't figure out. Found out what the groaning was when I put in a new Gal of WW washer fluid, and it all shot out in about 45 seconds.....Something screwey in switch.
