During the 80's HK MP-5 mags were $40 or better, 30 round Thompson mags could be had for a dollar.

All the original 50 round drums I have were purchased for less than $25 per. No idea what they sell for today.

You can buy new HK mp5 mags for around $70. You can find foreign ones for around 25. I've got 30's and 40's. The UMP mags start at $75 and go up from there. I was gonna do the UMP in 9mm, .40, and .45. The mag prices talked me out of it so far. I've got it in 9 and .45, but with $100 dollar mags, I don't need .40.
