Was at the plant testing some new tooling... It failed the testing, back to the drawing board.
Had 2 pieces of tooling, very similar. One worked, one failed. Gotta figure out why???

Not using the hand guard. One guy was slicing potatoes and one was slicing cabbage. Potato guy cut off one fingertip and cabbage guy cut off two.

Tomorrow I get to till the Garden and cover it up for the winter.

what a day

my side of work went well. My stuff turned out just like it should.

Subway has one staff member that has been given a verbal warning about being late and leaving early. I was told she was NOT to leave at 3pm today, she is scheduled until 5. If T comes in to cover her at 3, send him home until his shift starts at 5. I talked with her about it. Told her she was to stay until 5. So she gets all pissy, "Who said?"
Told her that her supervisor passed this along to me this morning. "You mean Tonya? Because she was just here and told me I could leave at 3?" Tonya was not in there, hadn't been since she went home at 11.
So now she's lied to me twice about different things a supervisor supposedly told her. I am fed the **** up with it.
