I understand. It isn't as old as your nieces, but where has the time gone!?

My "little nieces" in South Bend are in first grade and preschool (Kindergarten next year) and are selling me girl scout cookies and stuff. They read to me and are so smart. My nephew and his wife are doing a GREAT job with them, and I just love spending time with them. I guess since I don't have grandchildren, I have sort of adopted them to be my special ones. They are closest to me in distance so I go visit them and go to the zoo with them and such. They see me more than they do my sister who is their grandma.

I was at my parents today. I left and came home and when I pulled into the driveway I realized I left my phone sitting on their table. I could picture it in my mind. So I headed back to the 'rents. We couldn't find the phone. My dad tried calling it but I told him I turned it off. I looked in my car again, no phone. Searched the driveway, no phone. I asked my dad to call my brother to see if he grabbed it when they left. Nope. I was about to give up when I found it in my shirt pocket. Yeah, I got laughed at

I should have done what initially thought to do when I realized I didn't have it, use the find my phone app on my iPad but I didn't.
