I blame grandpa for that one. I left it at his house after hunting...he said he would clean it for me. It stays in his safe, so that is why I left it there.

There is rust. I will put the proper coatings where they need to go.

Gramps most likely ran a swab down the bore and called it clean. That gun has seen the rain.

That's the problem. Looking at dirt isn't a very active job...

It broke at a solid 5 Lbs. out of the box. It did need some squaring up but it is as nice as the price point. I can tell a diff. just from the work done to this point.
