    YOUR HEAT IS TOOOOOOOOOO HIGH.

    Remember, if it's an inch or more thick, burner set at 50% and when the oil is hot, set 'em in and let it go for about 6-8 minutes and flip, the second side should sit and cook for 5-6 minutes.

    Try it with just one piece, pull it out and check to see if it's done. If it worked, then do the rest the same.

    My mom told me that if she knew how to fix the country style spare ribs the way I do, she would have fixed them a lot more when we were kids.

    That's what I figured mine are cut around 1/4-1/2in, I'm gonna grab some lp for the grill Friday and give your recipie a try.
