overbooking pork is a very easy thing to do. You them some wont show up and them BAM, you have a house full and no where for all of them to sit.


Oh wait, I bet you were saying overcook, ahhhh, that makes sense.

I let 'em marinade in some seasoning stuff and about a half cup of cider vinegar for about 6 hours and then toss 'em on the grill and turn after about 10-12 minutes, baste with KC Masterpiece Original BBQ sauce and repeat after about 10-12 minutes......they are very good.

I will try that this weekend. I usually flour then toss in oil and 75% of the time they are overcooked.
