I don't know if they woke me, but they are smelling good! Got about 7 minutes left before I take them out, sauce them, then put them back in the oven to crisp them up.Smell of chicken wings wake you up?

3 NFL playoff games today.Going to spend some time at the gun bench trying to fix the dbl action on a 1903 revolver then I see some couch potatoing happening.
I could never get into the whole wing thing. Just not me.Smell of chicken wings wake you up?
I prefer sauced chicken legs to wingsI could never get into the whole wing thing. Just not me.
I'm a fan. Not as much of the deep fried wings, but grilled, baked or smoked. Yummy.I could never get into the whole wing thing. Just not me.
I am a white meat from poultry kind of guy.I prefer sauced chicken legs to wings

As kids we always got last pickings T the bird so it was all the crap meat as I call it.
When I struck out into the world I now eat what I like. I eat lean. Trim fat from any and everything. Chicken/Turkey breast meat only.
I use Frank's Red Hot - "Hot Buffalo" flavor. What's the preferred sauce?
It does. But if you cook the bird right there won’t be anything left to dry out…Howdy CM! I actually prefer dark meat. White meat is okay for sandwiches or grilled though. Just don't like it when it gets dried out. I think the dark meat has more flavor.
For buffalo I've settled on Sweet Baby Rays buffalo sauce.I use Frank's Red Hot - "Hot Buffalo" flavor.
I may have to try the Sweet Baby Ray's sometime. They're all I use for bbq. I like the Sweet 'n Spicy and the Sweet Vidalia flavors especially, although the Honey Chipotle is good too (as is the original). Heck, I like them all! Is their wing sauce hot? I've been using the Frank's straight recently, but I used to doctor it up if I was grilling the wings by adding some extra cayenne pepper, butter and even a little Dave's Insanity Sauce. For buffalo I've settled on Sweet Baby Rays buffalo sauce.
And I agree on the dark meat, which is nice because everyone else in the house prefers white meat.
It works out well here too because Susan prefers the white meat. For buffalo I've settled on Sweet Baby Rays buffalo sauce.

No it's not hot. The wife and kids don't like it hot. I add cayenne or flakes to a portion for me.I may have to try the Sweet Baby Ray's sometime. They're all I use for bbq. Going to spend some time on the bench today. Might have to give Leadeye a jingle with this one, going to see if I can really make a mess of things first3 NFL playoff games today.
Bummer! Well, it's probably not for me then. We like hot. If I was going to make them for kids I'd probably do bbq or maybe sweet chili sauce. No it's not hot. The wife and kids don't like it hot. I add cayenne or flakes to a portion for me.
