I want it to warm up so I can put these numbers on the mailbox and garage door. The ones for the garage door are nail-on so temp won't matter to them, but it will for my fingers. Nails are tiny so I won't be able to wear gloves.

Morning all. Just a question…anyone know of somebody west of Indy who sells firewood? Tried a couple online and they immediately wanted to jack the price up 30 or so dollars for delivery that I don’t need because I have a truck. Told them I’d pick up and they went quiet.

Backstory is my propane “service” provider didn't come out on time for the keep full to keep full, so I ran out on Friday. Called as soon as I noticed and “sure, we’ll put you on the expedited emergency fill and come take care of it”. Now, two days later, still nothing. Luckily I do have a wood stove that works and electric heaters, but we use wood sparingly so haven’t bought any for a long time, mainly just get what friends want to get rid of. No longer have a splitter and my back‘s too iffy to handle a maul anymore. So, I need to buy a couple ricks of wood since Amerigas has taken a dump on us and will have trouble trusting their word from here on out. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also, anyone have any good luck stories for propane providers serving Hendricks county? Probably going to be looking to switch in the next couple months. Just have to give Amerigas 30 days notice.

Mornin' rh! You might try posting in the 2022 firewooding thread in the Great Outdoors forum. Might be some guys there that could help.
Ok, might try that. I’ve read it, and mainly it’s guys that like to go cut their own. I’m too damn out of shape and just ain’t into that stuff anymore. Finally have the resources that I can get it ready to burn.
