    I never claimed it would be cheap and there's really no such thing as a budget build. I get it
    I'm just not convinced that driving it on the street makes sense. I don't think I could even make it to the Suds without either running out of gas or maybe overheating. High compression builds heat fast.

    Sense......:lmfao:.......nothing about any of this makes sense. Well, it does to me so there you go.........:cool:

    I used to be a Boww Tie guy running a MoPar.
    Then there was the 68 Mustang with the 429 out of a Mercury State cop car in it. Still a Bow Tie guy.
    Man It was brutal. Especially when my buddy's LS-6 454 3 peddle Nova beat me regularly. Every freaking time we ran. Brutal.

    Dropping the block rods and pistons off at the machine shop this morning. Yay! I was so glad to hear Kevin’s voice on the phone yesterday.
