Hoping for some good side jobs next year. Gotta get that manifold pressure above 0 if you know what I mean. :@ya:

I know exactly what you mean.

I had to divert some funds to needs. New furnace for my house.
Also bought a new drill press.
Spouse started Xmas shopping last week. We always get this done by early Oct but as she will be getting some serious surgery and the possibility she will be down for 6 weeks or more has stepped up our plans.
That was the funds to do the transmission for my car. Also the parts to hang the 12 bolt under it. Hotchkiss pieces ain't cheap ya-know. Looks like spring.

There's two sets of O2s. The pre-cat set is what the computer uses to adjust the fuel tables. The post-cat set is what monitors the cats themselves. If you just remove the cats then it will throw a code. They sell (and I bought) a set of O2 "foolers" that plug into the post-cat sensors to prevent the check engine light.

Downstream sensors is what I was thinking. Kudos on the "Foolers".

I don't have that much in the Chargers engine alone, but I suppose it does just have one camshaft.;)

All totaled up I have that + more in my stroker but it is scratch built.

Friends at Jasper engines built my 383, good motor but not a race machine. Dyno came back with 425/465 when it was all done and I get 400 of that 465 at 1900 on pump gas.

That's the cost of repairs on a DD15 Detroit

Freightliner was lost could not understand what the problems were they called Detroit who sent a tech found a broken cam looked like a hairline crack.
This is normal in Trucking don't worry the cost will effect you !
I will write it off on taxes and that will effect you!

What year DD15? I haven't heard of any cam problems with it. The ISX eats cams but not the Detroits.
