As far as I know most felons end up back in prison. Also, most felons aren't very civic minded and probably won't vote anyway. Some probably will, but it won't be 1.5 million.

Is Indiana lost forever? Our felon voting laws are looser than theirs, if you're not currently locked up you can vote.

I posted several of these in another thread, but thought this one worthy of this thread as well for a different reason.

Progressives/SJW's are trying to remove gender specific words from the language. Example: Congressperson instead of Congressman.
The Spanish language creates a special problem with word endings that are gender specific such as Latino vs. Latina.

So what happens when you don't want to use the gender specific Latina, but you still need to specify that the achievement was because she was a woman?

Latinx Congress-Woman.

I really don't know how anyone can conclude that is better than just saying Latina?

I have to agree with jbomb, mostly. While I’m sure felons would be quite happy yo vote if they were paid, and that is in the dem’s playbook, I think most won’t, and since the recidivism is so high, many will likely be back in prison before election day.

I don’t have a problem with felons who’ve paid their debt to society regaining their rights. If they’re not violent felons they should have their 2A rights restored. They should regain their right to vote. Or, at least there should at least be a fair path to getting all their rights back.
