Thanks Chez. Lost 40lbs last year. Promptly gained 10 of it back through the holidays. Big goals this year. Yoga on Mondays and weight lifting Tuesday - Friday. Lose fat, build muscle, get ripped, etc. :rockwoot:

    Down 11 already.

Hardcore plant based. Zero salt/sugar/oil/processed grain.

Lunch today is leftover vegan chili from last night. I would legit eat this even if I wasn’t trying to eat healthy.

That looks good, Chez. I plan to make beef stew for dinner but haven't really thought about lunch yet. I probably should.

Started April 2017 with goal of 57 pounds. Hit it November 16. Struggled through the holidays gained 10 back. New goal is to get to 199. Started lifting again 3 weeks ago, plan to build some muscle back. Never felt better than when I was working out. Wife's back on board so it will be easier now.

I made mashed garlic parmesan califlower (mashed potato substitute) last night with Italian chicken.

Oh, I like them mixed. But I like potatoes mashed by themselves too.
The question is whether mixing the gooder for you ones with potatoes is defeating the purpose?

Lol, this is the “hardcore weight loss” thread.... I could lose one of you and still be fat!
