Maybe she should just turn the servers over anyway. It's amazing what can be pulled off hard drivers and servers that have been wiped clean.

    thats why she won't.
easier to deal with the scandal (evil Repubs, phony scandal, sexist, hate, hate, hate)

than to deal with what is actually in the emails

They think they're above of the law because they've gotten away with this type of crap for so long.

    To All (especially computer nerds),

It just popped into my pea brain.

Yes, recently Hillary did wipe her computer clean. I get that. Nothing on it AT THE TIME it was wiped will remain.

However, she has been out of office for two (2) years. Wouldn't most servers professionally run have been backed up! Even a backup from a year ago would have everything on it from the time she was SoS!

So I guess my question is, and I do not know the answer, how are most servers that are professionally administered backed up and how often? Does each backup overwrite the previous or are they all unique?

Wouldn't all we have to do is go to the backups and demand those?

    Just a thought...

    Regards,

    Doug

If run in any reasonable way she would have had it backed up, but backups preserve information. She did her best to make sure that didn't happen from the start.
