Sigh. I call those soap opera names. I recently told my son that he should thank me for sticking up for him when he was born or he'd be going through life as Tristan. Braden wasn't on the table, but I think Treyden may have been. <shudder/>

What's up with white people and the crazy names they give their kids?

Like I said. My theory is that writers for soap operas study which names will most make the women swoon who watch them, and then they name their characters those names. And then the women who watch those soaps want to name their sons that. Dads must stand united against naming their kids after soap opera characters.

I sense that there would be far fewer man-bun wearing "men" today if more dads stood against it.

It isn't new. Bill Lear of Lear Jet fame named his daughter Shanda. She wad Shanda Lear. There are other girls named Chrystal Shanda Lear. There are some really bad and cruel parents. Google unfortunate names. It's kinda sad.
