The walk-up ones I can understand but the ones in the drive-up lanes have always make me shake my head.

I would bet they don't make separate ATM machines for drive-up vs. walk-up. They likely just order a number of machines and the manufacturer makes them all the same.

While I suspect this is correct the first ATM's I remember seeing were at the drive-up lanes and they already had the braille on them.

Because elevators are not made special for parking garages.

But, I didn't know how they read an ATM screen, till Blue Falcon straightened me out.
