Anybody know of the man who stands on the main highway through Elwood that waves at every car that drives by? He's got a greyish/white beard. I have a picture of him somewhere.

I used to work downtown outside for years....... after a while you just learn to say uh huh uh huh and not pay any attention to what people are saying when they just ramble and never leave.

I snapped this pic a few weeks ago as the jackboot thugs were getting ready to stuff him in the paddy wagon. He was Mr. Badass until he was told he was going to jail for hitting his girlfriend. You cant see it but he started crying.

There used to be a big black guy that shadow boxed on the corner of 16th and Lafayette Rd years ago. He was there all the time.

I havent seen the boxer for a few years. maybe he went down for the count

I think he moved up to 71st and Michigan... for a time. I haven't seen him in about a year.

One I wish I would have gotten a picture of was a couple of years ago on I-465 on the south side. I passed an F-150 ext cab stuffed to the roof with fireworks with just enough room for the driver and he was smoking a cigerette. I laughed really hard and then got the heck away from him.
