Exactly, why would russia want to help Trump? That kinda seems like BS that the dumocraps [strike]think[/strike] know their lemmings will believe.

    Is that a serious question?

Headline: Russia isn't Communist anymore - time to leave the bunker and see what's been going on.

Russia is much more of an oligarchy. Which is the antithesis of what the progressive Democrats want. Probably more suited to Trump, and Bloomberg...

Russia must really like the U.S.A. if they're supporting Trump. Why else would they throw their support behind the President that has done the most to improve our economy, trade deals, military, etc. in recent history? Seems like they'd throw their support behind the group (Democrats) that want to destroy our country. :dunno:

    Politics make strange bedfellows.

Seems like an, "enemy of my enemy is my friend" sort of thing.

Precisely why supporting Sanders makes sense. Trump has slapped so many sanctions on Russia and their oligarchs, opposed their pipeline to Europe, upgraded NATOs defense spending, supports fracking, etc, he'd have to be the worst "friend" Putin ever had.

Russia isn't communist? Do they know that yet? I guess Bernie is a hard core capitalist too?

Yes, serious question. It really doesn't have anything to do with whether russia is communist or not or an oligarchy or not, they see us as a competitor at best and an enemy at worst. Trump is making America much stronger. That is not an advantage for russia in any way.

Bunker? See what's been going on? Is that a serious comment?

I think this is a very shrewd choice. He has a wide spectrum of appeal and he has great name recognition. He would probably do whatever the party bosses tell him if he could remember it. Awesome.

Since no party wants the VP nominee to outshine their main candidate, you have to go pretty deep into age addled forgetfulness to there to be no danger of making Biden look burnt down - thus Abe is a natural

Accusations are now starting that Russia is meddling to support Sanders and Trump.
This is just like 2016 all over again. They try to get both parties pointing the accusatory finger at each other. Instead of pitting Trump against Clinton it's Trump against Sanders this time and the media is falling for the same tactic. Russian election meddling consists of sowing discontent with his crap.

When will the media and all parties that buy into it ever learn that they are being manipulated while Putin just sits back and has a good laugh?

On Russia 2.0, if your purpose is to sow dissension and undermine faith in America's elections it makes perfect sense. Putin is smart enough to come to the same conclusion we have, that nothing the Democrats can do will prevent Trumo's re-election so why back a loser. But he also knows that he can play the Democrats again because their hatred for Trump is so blinding they can't help themselves. Thus you weaken Trump and subject him and the country to more divisive partisan attacks. They would still buy it if the source was Poroshenko telling them Putin told him so himself

"U.S. officials have reportedly told Sen. Bernie Sanders that Russia is attempting to help his presidential campaign, a revelation that follows U.S. intelligence officials briefing Capitol Hill that the Kremlin may also be attempting to help President Donald Trump in 2020 as they did in 2016."

I don't know why, but for some reason they decided to break with previous practice and simply brief him instead of getting warrants to spy on his campaign.

    FTFY.

Not everyone lives by the motto "Never let a good crisis go to waste".
Instead, President Trump lives by his statement: "We can never let this happen to another president again".

Finally getting around to watching the democratic brawl from Nevada. Bootyjudge actually did a good job in exposing some vulnerabilities in Bernie Sanders. He’s so ideologically possessed about his socialist ideals, he can’t help but rabidly defend them. I think if Sanders were the nomination he’s going to try to downplay that idealism to try to appeal to more moderate voters. Bootyjudge almost got Sanders to jump off the deep end. If he’d have kept up his attack on Bernie’s socialist dogma, he might have egged Sanders into a drooling, snarling, unhinged rant.

If faced with Sanders in a debate, Trump just needs to get under Sander’s socialist skin. Well, not so much that he has a heart attack right there on the stage. But enough to get Bernie to expose himself as the radical he is. Of course getting him to a actually drool would be a bonus.

Yeah I saw some of that, you definitely saw the angry were going to put you in a re-education camp communist come out with Bernie, lol. Don't be fooled by Butti-whatever i'm sure his views aren't much different than Bernie he's just trying to sound more rational, he did grow up in a marxist loving household (and wrote a loving thesis about Bernie when he was younger).

Oh. I’m no Bootyjudge fan. I’m just saying he exposed a weakness of Bernie’s. I think he showed that it would be pretty easy to get him to come unhinged in a debate. Once unhinged the radical ideologue comes out for everyone to see.

No, Russia is not communist, and haven't been so since the fall of the USSR. However they do sympathize with their communist/socialist past and are more apt to lean that way than another, due to their relationships with nations that still continue to be communist. Russia is an Oligarchy.
