How are you holding up, sir?

If I'm up, I use a walker to get to the bathroom, etc.......but mostly, I'm staying stationary and taking the max. amount allowed of my meds. It's not great, but better than yesterday.

Next week, I'll get a hold of my previous surgeon from Indiana Brain and Spine. Hopefully, he'll take my case again.

Thanks for asking, KJ . :)

Zeroed in the thermal this afternoon. That was almost like GPT. Twenty rounds is better than no rounds.

All hand warmers and ice bottles have been eliminated from the back yard. :rockwoot:

They don't make drugs strong enough to eliminate the pain I had, and still have (to a slightly lesser degree today)

Good news: my spinal cord itself is not endangered.
    Bad news: continued lumbar degeneration.
After being in the ER for twelve hours (not recommended if you value your sanity !!!), the advice was to take my fresh MRI to the surgeon I used in 2013, and proceed from there. It was truly a day from hell, and now I'm on my heating pad trying to recover.

Thanks to you, and my other amigos on here for your concern. I really mean that. :)

    Been praying for you, MM.

    Expect great things..! Really.!

    1. I have learned to "lurk" more and speak less, but I couldn't help but let you know your journey has been a tough one and I cringe every time I read more detail.
    2. I am glad you have many friends here to share with.

KJ, what thermal did you get? I've been looking at the Pulsar line.
I bought this one last year, it's a ATN Thor, 9-36x100.

MM, sorry to hear you’re still in a lot of pain. I hope you and your surgeon can get things figured out soon. Chronic pain is not only a physical issue, but I know it can bring you down mentally. Keep us updated!
